In 2024, amid tough market competition, we were guided by our Director and General Manager, Mr. HK Lim, who emphasized technological innovation and exceptional service. Together, we regularly reviewed our strategies, overcame challenges, and achieved steady growth.

As an Operations Manager, I am committed to leading my team toward achieving our goals, fostering a supportive environment, and ensuring effective communication. The key talent reserve plan in 2024 significantly boosted our production capabilities, and I am confident that we will continue to improve and innovate in 2025.

Through improved tooling designs, we significantly minimized product defect rates and enhanced production efficiency by refining gauges and tool designs.

We also explored innovative processes that strike the perfect balance between cost efficiency and exceptional quality.

公司转型汽车材领域初期，因包装经验不足遭客户投诉。感谢领导信任支持，团队不断改进落地方案。针对国内部门工业型材产品省内运输，通过使用回收包材，有效降本减排。同时对重点量大客户开展包材回收，实现双向收益。2024年包装车间回收木材，减少约650颗成年松树砍伐。

2025年，团队践行低碳环保理念，持续改进创新。

During our early transition into the lightweight automotive industry, we faced packaging challenges, but with leadership support, our team developed effective solutions and refined processes.

For domestic industrial profile deliveries, we adopted recycled packaging materials, reducing costs and emissions. For high-volume clients, we launched a recycling initiative, benefiting both parties. In 2024, our packaging workshop reused wood, saving approximately 650 mature pine trees.

In 2025, we remain committed to low-carbon and sustainable practices, driving continuous improvement and innovation for a greener future.
